At DEMDACO, our Mission is to strive to lift the spirit in consumers, in each other, and in our communities. One of the ways we do this is with our Lift the Spirit Days.
Each year, every DEMDACO colleague has 5 paid days to help lift the spirit in their community. Some of these days are more organized with one of our partner organizations, but many of our colleagues have their own ways they like to use their Lift the Spirit Days.
